What we offer Chaplains are ministers who have been theologically and clinically trained to provide spiritual and emotional care to all people within the hospital.
A chaplain is always available to speak with patients, their families and staff regardless of religious or cultural backgrounds.
Chaplains will offer support in times of stress and loneliness, before or after surgery, in times of loss and bereavement, and around matters of faith and illness.
They will also offer prayer, scripture readings, the sacraments and other spiritual ministries as requested.
A morning worship service is held every Sunday in the Chapel on level 1 Menzies Building at 10am.
