Vibrant Living



Vibrant Living is a collaborative initiative between Work and Income, Sport Waikato, Hamilton City Council, and Waikato District Health Board’s Population Health Service aimed at supporting low-income families to make healthier lifestyle choices.




The online Vibrant Living toolkit allows and supports community groups to deliver the practical programme within their community to assist families with:

  • parenting
  • family care and relationships
  • healthy low cost cooking
  • keeping active; and
  • money management.
