E ngā reo, e ngā mana, e nga karangaranga maha! E mihi ana ki a koutou katoa!
He wā whakahirahira tēnei, ara, tēnei wāhanga o te ipurangi ka pa ki te whakaatu i ngā take me nga kaupapa Māori, hei wā whakamarama atu i nga ahuatanga hauora ka pa ki a Ngai Tāua, i raro i te maru o te Poari Hauora-a-Rohe o Waikato.
