Referral criteria
- All referrals must come through the Regional Referral Centre - Fax 0800 867 333.
- Unless previously arranged with the occupational therapist no self referrals are accepted.
- There must be physical impairment that is impacting upon everyday function.
FundingAll long term equipment and housing modifications must meet Enable Funding Criteria.

Partners in careThe community occupational therapist will visit you at home and discuss your individual health needs and:
- may supply you with equipment and aids to increase your independence
- may change your environment to suit your disability requirements
- may recommend new ways of doing things to improve your safety.
