Dermatology Service

This is an outpatient service provided by specialist staff. Minor surgical treatments are carried out as are ultra violet light treatments by trained nursing staff. Dermatology provides treatment for all skin conditions.

Inpatients are accomodated in the plastics and reconstructive ward. We use tele-medicine to assist outreach areas with diagnosis of some skin conditions. Specialist clinics are in conjunction with other services such as gynaecology. Who we are: Clinical director Four consultants Two registrars Clinical nurse manager and specialist nursing staff.
