- advise the Board on the kinds of disability support services that the Waikato DHB has provided or funded, or could provide or fund, to promote the inclusion and participation in society, and to maximise the independence, of the people with disabilities within Waikato DHB’s resident population
- advise the Board on policies it has adopted, or could adopt.
The advice must reflect the aims and objectives of the New Zealand Disability Strategy
