Cancelling your appointment

If you cannot attend appointments made for you, please notify the relevant department and make alternative arrangements. Phone 07 839 8899 or the number on your clinic letter.

Appointments that are not cancelled contribute to increased waiting list timeframes and cost valuable health dollars.

Smoking

Waikato District Health Board has a Smokefree policy.

All visitors, outpatients and contractors wishing to smoke must do so outside Waikato DHB grounds.

For support to become smokefree please ask our staff to refer you to the stop smoking service.
