Annual PlanThe current, approved Annual Plan for the organisation is the Annual Plan 2011/12. A summary of the most recent Annual Plan (2011/12) is available. District Strategic PlanThe Waikato District Health Board has prepared a District Strategic Plan to signal to the community the key strategic health priorities it will focus on over the next five to 10 years to improve the health, independence and quality of life of Waikato communities. The plan is based on an analysis of the health needs of people in Waikato and communities’ own view of their health needs. It translates national strategies, such as the New Zealand Health Strategy, into local priorities for funding and action. Following consultation with the community and approval by the Board, the strategic plan was signed off by the Minister of Health. Service Strategic Plans
