Box 934 Hamilton 3240 Ph: 07 834 3684 Mobile: 021 705 213 Westpac Waikato Air AmbulanceDate: 11 November 2009 The Westpac Waikato Air Ambulance was called out to Thames ED to retrieve a 58 year old man with a head injury sustained in a fall. The man, a resident of Auckland, was working in Whitianga when he fell approximately 3.5 metres, striking his head on concrete and knocking him unconscious. He was taken to Thames Hospital and subsequently flown to Waikato to undergo further evaluation and treatment. |
