National Allied Health Technical and Scientific Professions Conference

Allied health professionals - An event to note in your diary. Closing date for abstracts to be submitted is 31 January 2012.
Conference Title: Shine the light
As outlined in the papers the themes will include:
- Resiliency – leadership stories from the events of 2011
- Transition - new practice/new roles
- Transformation – system/service/individual response to future directions of health
- Innovation – technology, service, strategy, policy and/or structure relevant to the practice and clinical governance of our professions
Papers are also welcome on other subjects of particular relevance to allied health practitioners in the health sector.
Who should attend
Members of the allied health, technical and scientific workforce and managers of these services; students preparing for a future allied health career; workforce planners, developers and funders of health policy and programs relating to allied health technical and scientific services, educators of these professions and consumers of these services who are interested in the dynamic developments in allied health, technical and scientific services.
Call for Abstracts
We welcome interest from individuals and groups on topics related to the conference themes or other subjects of particular relevance to allied health practitioners in the health sector.
